TCS was incorporated in the state of Maryland in 1982.

and Government sectors, TCS is an assertive computer systems integrator

The founders of TCS are both deaf and have been deeply
involved in activities for the disabled community. Together with the

Myrna P. Orleck-Aiello - President

Myrna Orleck-Aiello is the President and CEO of TCS
Associates. Based in Wheaton, MD, TCS has built the core of its
business around providing adaptive and assistive technology for the
disabled (Section 504), evaluating Electronic and Information
Technology (Section 508), computer systems integration and network
engineering services to the Federal, State and Local Governments,
educational organizations and small to medium size private companies.
Mrs. Orleck-Aiello is the first Deaf woman to be awarded
the 8(a) Certification by the Small Business Administration, and as
President of TCS, she is directly responsible for developing all
operational policies, procedures, strategic planning and marketing
efforts. She is directly responsible for the overall internal
administration of the company required to control fiscal
responsibility, appropriate personnel management, and sound operational
practices.
Mrs. Orleck-Aiello was an adjunct professor at Gallaudet
University for four years in the area of Business Entrepreneurship and
Marketing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from
Gallaudet University. She resides with her husband and two daughters in
Bethesda, MD.
A. Philip Aiello - Chief Technical

A. Philip Aiello is the Chief Technical Officer of TCS
Associates. He is also deaf, just like the President of TCS. As the
CTO, Mr. Aiello is directly responsible for developing all technical
policies, procedures and strategic planning at the systems evaluation,
test, engineering and integration level. He is regarded as an expert in
the application and training of computer technologies for people with
disabilities (deaf and hard of hearing, low vision, and limited
mobility).
He has more than twenty years of experience in the area
of systems integration doing repairs, upgrades, maintenance and
installation of a wide variety of computer systems. He participated in
the implementation of the special needs access program at AT&T
developing manuals for adaptive hardware and software.
Mr. Aiello is a frequent speaker at Symposiums and
Seminars. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Gallaudet
University. He and his wife reside in Bethesda, MD. He has four
daughters.
Stephanie Woerner - Senior

Stephanie has over sixteen years of experience providing
services as a Rehabilitation Counselor, Vocational Evaluator, and
Rehabilitation Assistive Technologist. In addition, she has worked for
five years as a Federal Consultant.
Ms. Woerner holds certifications as a: Rehabilitation Counselor,
National Certified Counselor, as well as an Assistive
Technology practioner. She completed a Masters degree in
Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University. She is a
public speaker and group trainer in the area of assistive technology.
Stephanie has also served on the Maryland Injured Workers Task Force
and other
non-profit organizations.
