TCS Associates has been providing accommodation services in Federal/State/Local Government, Medical, Legal, Educational, and Commercial settings. TCS has a strong history of client satisfaction. TCS has successfully performed every contract and service agreement entered into in the past twenty-nine years in business. TCS carefully analyzes every opportunity to ensure that TCS can handle the additional workload or specialized service delivery. The AT Division of TCS Associates has decades of experience assessing and implementing Assistive Technology (AT) and Information Technology (IT) solutions for persons with disabilities and organizations in home, workplace and educational settings. In addition, we are uniquely qualified to provide services that will assist your organization to navigate current disability laws (Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 508) regarding workplace and information accessibility.

Our close relationship with AT manufacturers allows us to provide customers with hardware and software solutions (Windows and Apple-compatible) for all disability groups including: Low Vision, Blind, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, Mobility Impairment and Cognitive. Many of these solutions are on our GSA schedule.

The goal of TCS Associates’ Communication Solutions is to ensure equal communication and understanding between the Deaf & Hard-Of-Hearing and Hearing communities through Interpreting and/or Speech-to-Text Services, and Training & Instruction. TCS strives to eliminate the communication barriers in the workplace so Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing and Hearing employees can work together. TCS has been working with Dragon® NaturallySpeaking (Dragon) speech recognition software (Nuance, Inc.) for over a decade. Our services with Dragon® began and continue with persons with disabilities who are not able to exclusively use the standard keyboard to enter information into the computer. Our clients use Dragon at home, at school and in the workplace.

As Dragon® expanded its capabilities, TCS expanded its services with Dragon®. These services include helping businesses and the public sector streamline their work processes through efficiently converting human speech to structured word processed documents. Whether they are a business, federal agency or person with a disability, our customers are finding that Dragon® is an excellent choice to facilitate the transfer of large amounts of information into the computer quickly and accurately.
