The goal of TCS Associates’ Communication Solutions is to ensure equal communication and understanding between the Deaf & Hard-Of-Hearing and Hearing communities through Interpreting and/or Speech-to-Text Services, and Training & Instruction. TCS strives to eliminate the communication barriers in the workplace so Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing and Hearing employees can work together. Sign Language Interpreting
TCS provides sign language interpreting for any setting. We provide these services with the most highly qualified interpreters in the industry. All of our interpreters pass a quality assurance screening to ensure they have the skills, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity necessary to provide the highest-level services.

Speech-to-Text
TCS provides Speech-to-Text services for those people who do not use interpreting as a method of communication and for those who prefer a transcript at the completion of an assignment. We can provide one-on-one, remote, overhead/projected, or speaker image Speech-to-Text services. TCS ensures minimum accuracy of 98% at speeds of 185+ words per minute by providing the best writers in the industry. Additionally, all of our writers pass a quality assurance screening to ensure they have the skills, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity necessary to provide the highest-level services.

Training & Instruction
