Assessments.
Accessibility includes all areas of an organization’s infrastructure. TCS will conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation for your employee(s) and/or organization. Assessments for employees will determine what technologies and strategies will assist them to perform the essential functions of their jobs as efficiently as their peers. These assessments will be based upon the principles of their jobs as efficiently as their peers. These assessments will be based upon the principles embodied in the aforementioned disability laws.
Organizational assessments will review all hardware, software and operating systems, websites and applications, telecommunications systems, video and multimedia equipment, and office equipment and documentation (hardcopy and digital). Our recommendations for remediation will come from a detailed report outlining the weaknesses and barriers to accessibility in your organization and for your employee.
Implementation.
The TCS AT Division will work closely with your IT professionals to install and configure the procured AT solution. Our services can be performed in person and on site or remotely using remote desktop software. We will be mindful of all security policies and procedures within your organization. All AT equipment will be tested to ensure that is read for initial use and training.

Training.
It is a TCS strategy that proper training is the key to implement accessible solutions successfully. Our talented staff is made up of industry experts who have in-depth knowledge of AT products for a wide range of disabilities and a clear understanding of the needs of people with disabilities in private, workplace, and educational settings. We can also provide customized training materials in accessible formats tailored to the needs of each customer. Our training philosophy is task-based, where we will provide training on the AT in the context of the required job tasks to be performed by the customer.
Training is one of the most essential components of a successful AT implementation. Prior to any training, our AT specialists will establish contact with the customer to assess their goals. These goals will then be worked into a training outline and curriculum. Customized training materials are developed for the customer and are provided in accessible formats. Documentation of the training detailing the topics covered, customer response, and conclusions are provided.
Training can be conducted in a variety of ways to accommodate the needs of the customer. Below are the most common training methods:
- On-Site at End-User Location
- On-Site at TCS Location
- Remote Training (requires Internet connection and telephone)
